Rev. Tressa Krenzer, LBMT#20342, RYT200, Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master Teacher
Tressa is a Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki Master practitioner and instructor She started her Reiki journey volunteering alongside Spiritual Care at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. In this capacity she had the opportunity to work with patients when they requested Reiki . Her passion for energy work continues to grow since starting on this path over 10 years ago.
Right around the time she started practicing Reiki she started incorporating yoga into her life. Because it affected her in so many profound ways, she began her yoga teacher training with Valerie Kiser at Sunrise Yoga studio in Clemmons. In 2016 she became a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher and is a member of Yoga Alliance. Being an eager lifelong learner, she has added to her yoga training. She is a certified Curvy Yoga, Vedanta Yoga Nidra and Accessible Yoga teacher. In February she completed her Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist program with California College of Ayurveda.
In August of 2021 she began her Therapeutic Massage training with Forsyth Technical Community College in Winston-Salem. She received her license to practice Massage in North Carolina in June of 2022.
Outside of the studio Tressa loves to spend time with her husband Joe, 2 dogs Scoop & Bixby and 2 cats Bandita & Pneubie. She enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach, watching football, traveling, gardening and reading.
