A Journey Into the Wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga & Reiki

Welcome!
Hi, I’m Tressa and I love my life’s work! I have never felt like I ever worked a day in my life since forming my own business 2 years ago. In my blog you will receive a wide variety of information from Ayurveda to Yoga to Reiki and back again. I have spent my life gathering knowledge from many different resources and experiences, which has resulted in a ton of information in brain! This brings me to my biggest passion, education! I just adore teaching other people how to discover and live their best life in their own unique way…because we are all different and that is something that needs to be honored.
